What you can do with Printercow today.
Printercow lets an AI drive any full-speed USB device. These use cases start with ESC/POS receipt printers. Prints run on real printers: an 80 mm ESC/POS receipt printer and a TSPL label printer.
Connect a receipt printer to Claude
Add Printercow to Claude Code or claude.ai as an MCP server and ask Claude to print. It works out the printer's commands and checks its status.
READ →A REST API for your kitchen printer
Your order system sends one HTTPS request and the ticket prints at the pass. No PC, driver or print server in the kitchen.
READ →A USB receipt printer with no computer attached
The dongle takes the PC's place as the printer's USB host and joins your Wi-Fi. Print from your AI or from code, from anywhere.

Next device classes.
Each has a device guide for the AI and a recipe that passes against a simulated device. With a label printer, which already prints on real hardware (my guide), they make a shipping station: scan the order, weigh the parcel, print the label.
- Shipping scales
- Read a stable weight on demand from USB postal scales. Posting every settled weight to a webhook comes with recipe triggers.
- Barcode scanners
- Wait for the next scan and get its text back. Sending every scan to a webhook as it happens comes with recipe triggers.
